We offer a variety of yoga classes; Vinyasa, Yin, Deep Stretch, Gentle, Hot Yoga, Restorative, ect... It can also lower blood pressure, improve respiration, and help with weight loss. Mental health: Yoga can help relieve stress, anxiety, and depression, and improve sleep. It can also help people quit smoking and manage symptoms of substance use disorders. Mindfulness: Yoga can increase mindfulness, which is the ability to focus on the present moment without judgment. Range of motion: Yoga can improve range of motion in the joints, which is important for good posture and reducing the risk of injury. Body awareness: Yoga can increase awareness of the body and inner world. Some of the benefits of practicing Vinyasa Yoga include; enhances core stability, improves mobility and range of motion, keeps your heart healthy, calms the mind and reduces stress, boosts mood, improves sleep, stabilizes and regulates emotions, increases lung capacity, improves body image, increases focus and memory, and strengthens the immune system.
Hot Yoga
Hot yoga is a more intense form of yoga practiced in a heated and humid room. The heat is intended to replicate the climate of India, where yoga originated. The heat and exertion are meant to help release toxins through sweat, relax muscles, and focus the mind. Some things to consider about hot yoga include: Heat-related illness: The intensity of the workout and heat can cause heat-related illness, such as heatstroke. Health concerns: You should check with your doctor before trying hot yoga if you have heart disease, dehydration problems, heat intolerance, or a history of heat-related illness. Class variations: The postures and sequence can vary from class to class, depending on the instructor.

Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. People report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths, which results in many health benefits.
Meditation
Guided meditation is a type of meditation where a trained teacher or practitioner leads participants through a meditation session.
