This class is designed to uplift and energize both the body and mind.
Service Description
Yoga to Energize begins with a dynamic sequence of Sun Salutations, a series of poses that awaken and stretch the body while encouraging the flow of energy. The sequence is followed by a series of Asanas (yoga postures) that further stretch and strengthen the body, focusing on movement that enhances flexibility, balance, and vitality. As you move through the practice, you will also incorporate Pranayama (breathing techniques), which help to clear mental fog, increase oxygen flow, and stabilize your energy. The goal is to cultivate a greater sense of focus and clarity, leaving you with a relaxed yet energized state of mind. By the end of the class, you’ll feel revitalized and centered, with a balanced flow of energy throughout the body, ready to face the rest of your day or unwind into a peaceful state of being.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy requires a notice of two hours prior to the scheduled class for refund or there will be a $10 late cancellation fee.
