Service Description

Join us for a kid-centric yoga class! Your children will learn and practice the fundamentals of Mindfulness in body, breath, mind and life- encapsulated in a fun atmosphere. Kids 5 years old and under need an adult to sign up and accompany them. Parent participation is not required for kids 6 years old and older.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy requires a notice of two hours prior to the scheduled class for refund or there will be a $10 late cancellation fee.
